Reservation Policy

Check-In & Check-Out: Our regular Check-In time is 3-6pm. We can not guarantee an early Check-In until the morning of the check-in. Please call us between 8-10am on the morning of your Check-In and let us know when you would like to arrive. We will do all that we can to have your room ready for you at that time. Please advise us in advance for arrivals after 10pm. We may need to make special arrangements for you to get your room key if arriving after 10pm. Our Check-Out time is 11am.

Occupancy: Our nightly rates accommodate a maximum of two people. Guests may be added for an additional fee of $15.   No charge for children under 10.

Your Obligation: is for the full length of your reservation. Your Advance Payment is for the last night of your reservation. The balance of your room will be charged on the day of your arrival, on the same credit card that you used for your Advance Payment – unless other arrangements are made in advance. Early departures or changes to your reservation may be considered a cancellation and/or re-booking.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 14 days or more before your arrival date will receive a refund of your advance payment, minus a $25 processing fee per room. Cancellations made closer than 14 days of your arrival date, will result in a forfeiture of your advance payment.

Pets: Sorry, only service animals are allowed on the property.

Smoking: All of our rooms and indoor areas are non-smoking. Thank you for only smoking outside. You may be asked to leave with the forfeiture of any payment and a $200 cleaning fee will be charged to your Credit Card if you smoke in your room.

Visitors: If you have visitors meet you at Buzz’s Lakeside Inn, feel free to show them around the property – but please understand that the use of our property and its amenities are for resort guests only. If you wish to use the resort property with your guests, plans and/or fees may need to be arranged in advance.

Wireless Internet Access: We offer wireless Internet access in and around the main lodge and restaurant. Access is spotty at best in the guest rooms away from the lodge.

Special Needs: Please let us know if you are allergic to down or have any other special needs.

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

This property is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Guests of Buzz’s Lakeside Inn take responsibility and agree to pay for any damages that they or their guests may cause with the credit card used for this reservation or other means. Guests will not hold LSI Management LLC dba Buzz’s Lakeside Inn, LSI Real Estate LLC, or any employees or related entities responsible for accidents or injuries to themselves or their guests, caused by their own actions. Buzz’s cannot be responsible for valuables unless they are placed in our safe. If you do not completely vacate your room by the check-out time on your departure date, we may charge your credit card for another night or we have the right under law to enter your room, and make that room available to an arriving guest. We will keep your belongings for 90 days and will return them to you at your expense upon request.
